As much as I like to pretend to be annoyed as I'm rushing my daughter off to school in the mornings, those are the moments I feel most like a mom. I'm shouting, "Hurry! Hurry! We're late!" and "Focus! Shoes on! Shoes--on!" but I'm thinking, "Isn't she the most beautiful thing you've ever seen?"

That's how I feel about most people. I've been blessed with the ability to see with eyes that love. To see past the defensive wall and into the heart. Too many of us don't realize how beautiful and loved we really are. If I can shoot in a way that shows my clients the beauty God sees when He looks at them, then the shoot was a success.
